Find out more about the Longlevens Neighbourhood Partnership on these pages

The Longlevens Neighbourhood Partnership launched in January 2008 with a bang! The partnership has been set up by local residents to provide a non-political local voice. We also have an active youth partnership within our leadership team. Our aim is to improve Longlevens for all residents. We work closely with the police and give the police priorities within the area to tackle.

Paygrove Park Play Area offically opens

Last weekend, the new Paygrove Park Play area was officially opened.  The Mayor of Gloucester cut the ribbon just as the rain stopped and the sun came out.  Many children and adults alike had a great time, fuelled no doubt by the copious burgers, hot dogs and pop!

Later, the Mayor Norman Ravenhill, Council Leader Paul James, Neighbourhood Partnership Chair Kelly Bartlett and Rob Hall from the Rotary Club all joined in to officially cut the cake.

Susan Drew, Neighbourhood PartnershipTreasurer, added: "Just as we had all finished packing up it then started raining, so we were very lucky. There was much fun and laughter had by all and a lovely afternoon to remember."
